Ha! tu dia "in action" lagi.. the tombol kat depan tu, for many accessories like ice cream maker, pasta maker,  so on and so forth... one day sure i'll get the ice cream maker one... wah 3x sure meletop..hehe
This is the pix of my mixer busy beating butter and sugar for my first pineapple tart.. I'll show you how my tart looks like..till then tada!!

GIRLS' CATCHING UPS.... I've been very busy for the past 2 weeks. Busy planning and preparing for my 1st ever reunion with ex-LLB IIUM or girls' get together as my husband prefer to call it. Now after 2 days of resting, no cooking no baking, no blogging also, i'm now ready to indulge myself in this intoxicating hobby called baking hehe... today i plan to fulfill my daughter's classmate's dream of having my baked cheesecake by herself. no more mengicak from my daughter eisya which i think not sufficient for her. Pastu rehat x tgk laaamaa sgt. Jadi trip ni hanya bersandarkan memori cerita2 tu je. Tu yg seronok sgt dpt gi Nami Island tu. Tp time winter sejuk giler. Hp cabuk aku thn 30 min je kot baterinya. Dh hari ke3 baru pandai sikit ltk hotpad tu dlm poket kasi hp panas sikit.  Trip dgn travel agent ni bestla kalau kita x tau bahasa n malas atau x pakar cari jalan ni. Tadah je kan. So mmg bestla. Marvel My Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I know many of you never taste a pineapple cake before. My first encounter was back in the late 90s when one of my colleague gave me one slice which was very soft and yummy and melt in your mouth kind of thing. And at that time what was i thinking? If only i could make this cake on my own. And it took me over 13 years to discover its recipe. Well, my gratitude goes to the net. Hey! Just ask mr google. He'll give you the answer right. Now let me share with you the most amazing pineapple cake ever. I found the recipe on the internet. I think joyofbaking.com lah. Can't remember. But i made a few adjustment to suit my palate and my style hehe. Here it goes!
